Yesterday My Crouch Was Itchy A Little Bit At Work

Yesterday my crouch was itchy a little bit at work and when I got home I had red dots all over my lower abdomen and on testicles and a couple on base of penis but none on shaft or head..I've been with same partner for months now..could this be herpes? Very worried
