Yesterday My Son Had A Stomach Ache With A Little

Yesterday my son had a stomach ache with a little vomiting. His stomach has cleared up but he has a red circle on each side of his mouth that look like scab or cut of some kind. I have never seen anything like it and I wonder if I need to take him to the doctor. He has no fever and feels fine today.
