Yesterday My Wife Fell And Hit Head. She Received A

Yesterday my wife fell and hit head. She received a cut above her left eye. She also fell again. Don't know if she hit her head again. Today she was walking around town and was very unsteady. A driver stopped to offer her a ride home because she was not able to keep her balance. When she got home she couldn't remember what she had done while she was gone.
She suffers from short term memory loss so I really didn't have that much concern, but she went to bed very early and I had to give her her seizure meds.
My question is whether I should wait until tomorrow to take her to the doctor, take her now or watch monitor her closely to see if she gets better or worse.
