Yesterday One Of My Friends Chucked A Hrave Object Across

Yesterday one of my friends chucked a hrave object across the room and it hit me directly in my temple, straight away it was painful it dented yhe side of my head for a few minutes. Even though i cant see the bruise on my headbi can feel it and its very saw to touch and is causing my eye to hurt now. Iv tried to ignor the pain but its just to saw.
