Yesterday, There Were Times When My Underwear Would Be Wet.

Yesterday, there were times when my underwear would be wet. Today, I have a discharge that is yellow-green. I do not sense an odor, but I have a bit of uncomfortableness in my lower belly -- not pain or cramps, but a feeling of having to go to the bathroom even when I just went. I thought maybe a bacteria infection... but after reading online of different infections and my symptoms, I am questioning what may really be going on.
