Yesterday When I Went To Urinate I Passed A Small

Yesterday when I went to urinate I passed a small blood clot, or what appeared to be. When I wiped the tissue was a little redish/brown. Today I had the same redish/brown on my panty liner in a small spot. I had a full gyn exam 3 wks ago with no issues. What could this be?
