Yesterday When Eating, I Started Having Pain In My Back

Yesterday when eating, I started having pain in my back near center, slightly on the right side about chest level. The pain intensifies just after I swallow anything, food or drink, seemingly in time with the food/drink passing by. Feels sort of like a pulled muscle otherwise.
