Yesterday When I Went To Bed It Was All Fine

Yesterday when i went to bed it was all fine bt today i woke up with a pain in my throat. It feels like i have grown a lump overnight..it is painful and makes it difficult to swallow anything. Though the lump is not visible, it is situated a little to the right just besides adam's apple
