Yesterday While In A Standing Position I Was Using The

Yesterday while in a standing position I was using the toes of one boot to remove the heel of the boot on the other foot. I heard a "pop" and had a very sharp pain in butt. That pain kept me from straightening up totally and I need my husbands help getting in and out of a sitting position.
