You I Have Several Illness S.about Two Weeks Ago I

You I have several illness s.about two weeks ago I fell asleep crossed legend.since then I have pain inmy left hip and leg,the back of my lower leg feels like it has cramp all the time the pain eases a bit when I bend my knee,could this be a blood clot where I had feel asleep with my legs crossed?
