Young Man Diagnosed With Pneumonia Has Skin Lesions (with Appearance

Young man diagnosed with pneumonia has skin lesions (with appearance of chickenpox) which are erupting and not healing and are extremely painful. He has been tested in hospital for MRSA and chickenpox. He has continued high fever, extreme whole body pain. He has been an otherwise health, happily married man with four children and his family are extremely worried that something is being missed. they live in a very small town with few resources.

What other tests do you all feel should be run to help in his diagnosis and treatment. Please, please!
