Zoloft For Depression. I Have Been In A Deep Depression

Zoloft for depression. I have been in a deep depression for several years now and I've made progress in some aspects, but have also fallen back in others. I have tried therapy but it did not work. I have come to the conclusion that it is a chemical imbalance and that I need a change in medication. What would you suggest if Zoloft does not work anymore?
