A Condom Got Stuck In My Vagina And When I

a condom got stuck in my vagina and when i wdnt to fish it out i started bleeding badly. i could feel it but it wouldnt come out so i went to E.R and they said they couldnt find it but when i went home i tried and when i would pull on what i think is the condom i bleed alot! how can i get it out or tell if it is in fact the condom? could i be pulling skin in my vagina instead of condom?
