A Couple Of Month Ago I Has Some Jock Rash

a couple of month ago i has some jock rash from playing soccer. The doctor gave hydro-cream with nystatin. Since last month I noticed purple spot / size of two quarter / in the crotch area and both hip area. Not painful or irritating but trying to figure out what is causing it or what it is?
