A Couple Of Months Ago I Had A Splenic Cyst

a couple of months ago I had a splenic cyst rupture and the dr. put in 6 coils to close it. I had some pain a week back and went in and had another ct and they found another cyst 2 centimeters. I am not sure what is causing the cysts and I am planning a trip to thailand next month and the dr. can't tell me if it is safe to fly. My concern is the cabin pressure on the spleen. Is this a concern?
