a couple tiny blood clots in my urine, terrible lower abdominal pain but not to the touch. triggered by food- no bread, no meats, no pasta, because I have had stong IBS for years. Ibruprfen 800 makes me more comfortable for about 4 hours. it doesn't seem like a urinary infection, urine doesn't burn, i noticed the discoloration and then saw a couple of clots a couple of times.
