A Few Days Ago I Went For My Yearly Phsical

a few days ago i went for my yearly phsical every thing check out all right. that eveing i developed a head ache didnt think any thing about it. next day i went and got blood drown and started developing neck pain. the next day neck pain was really bad put some bio freeze on it and felt ok. woke up early this morning to go to the bathroom and started shaking i felt cold.i put i t shirt on and feel back asleep woke up and t shirt was wet but not excessive.
