A Few Months Ago I Went To Get My GP

a few months ago i went to get my GP to get checked for a small lump on the top of my right testicle that i was sure has been there for a long time. They did ultrasound and said i had a small cyst and had another ultrasound 6 weeks later. They then called and advised cyst still there and some slight swelling in the testicle at the base. They sent referral to urologist who just booked me in an appointment for end of october. i talked to the nurse at our clinic and she advised if it was anything serious i would be seeing the urologist right away. i also have some pain in the area of the right testicle and also have some pain in my inner thigh and down to toes the odd time. i find when i masturbate that the pain is greater in the testicle area then goes away after a day. what could this all possibly be?
