A Few Weeks Ago I Was Playing Softball I Slid

a few weeks ago i was playing softball i slid and hurt my knee the was selling and fuild on my knee and brusing the fluid also ran down the front of my leg that has all gone now but my knee is still very tender to touch when i do touch it, it feels like thousands of pins and needles going through it
