A Few Years Ago, A Package Of Frozen Meat Fell

a few years ago, a package of frozen meat fell on my large toe causing the loss of the toenail, which grew back. Now I have been experiencing a swollen ankle and discoloring on the foot and toes and lower rear of the foot. There is no pain, but the swelling ankle does not subdside only a little when raised when in bed.
