A Friend Of Mine Has A Son Bout 46 Years

a friend of mine has a son bout 46 years old he always has things wrong that he can't work but he has about 9, 10 illegitimate kids that he receives food stamps for . but mother takes care of them all. she's retired, but takes care of them all! He works for money under the table. he makes to much to be eligible for section 8 housing so they all are staying with his mother in her home. Just what kind of munchouen is this? There is no problem here I'm just wondering on her part. I grew-up thinking as soon as you had a job,and income, you left home if ther was no unforeseen problems, like mother passing away when I was about14 to stay there so I could take care of my father and 2 brothers, till I was 17. Then dad remarried, Brothers were both gone 1 out of state and the other married.
