A Month Ago I Had Surgery On My Left Shoulder.

a month ago i had surgery on my left shoulder. a nerve block was done in my neck to numb my shoulder and arm. my neck muscles are very tight and sore since the surgery. now my throat is starting to hurt. could this be from the sore and tight muscles? or maybe even the nerve block?
