A Month Ago My Blood Test Results Came Back Negative

a month ago my blood test results came back negative for chlamydia a week ago another blood test came back positive. i'm confused...please explain should i of have had a urine test done eventhough i have not had any symptoms?
no urine test were done and no symptoms. my doctor prescribed antibiotics
