A Vein In My Calf Is Tender. I Was Tested

a vein in my calf is tender. I was tested and I do not have a blood clot. two months ago, I had a terrible burning in the same spot. I had a vitrectomy and had to sit face down for a week. I was able to get up for ten to fifteen minutes every hour to walk around. the burning occurred at the end of the face down time. it went away after walking on the treadmill and now that spot is tender
