Abiut Six Days Ago Right After I Had Lated Down

abiut six days ago right after i had lated down to sleep i felt something on my left hand i just kind of flung it off and tried to go back to sleep then felt something on left hand and move it form under my pillow away from me felt something rolling under hand jumped up got a light there was a small back spider with small white sack did not think much of it throgh it in trash went to sleep i woke up a vometed a little and my right cheek area on face was itching
now i have ugly pus coming out draining it s red and swollen that has been like that since about 3rd or 4th day this is 7th day and i just seen small like pimple on side of left hand and same thing top of right big toe
can u help me
the one on face is open
sore to the touch
