About 2 Years Ago I Started Developing Black Spots That

about 2 years ago I started developing black spots that are becoming bigger throughout the years and they are super itchy. They seem like some short of a fungal infection and I tried some over the counter medicine but nothing worked and they actually are getting even bigger and more itchy than before, what could my case be?
