About 3 -4 Weeks Ago I Thought I Had Sprained

about 3 -4 weeks ago I thought I had sprained my ankle I didn't have it treated emmediately, I went to work and worked for about 3 weeks before medical care, had a walking boot put on after xrays which revealed a broken bone on outer foot, excused from work for two weeks, no surgery was performed, now after two weeks will see orthopedic dr to see if surgery is needed, I work in long term care as nursing assistant, need to return to work as I don't have enough personal time off acquired as I need to pay my bills how long before I return to work very concerned about this
