About 6 Months Ago I Got Impetigo. I Am Left

about 6 months ago I got impetigo. I am left with a red scar on the outer septum that hasn’t gone away. Now, from time to time my septum will slightly swell and form one small white dot. This eventually goes away within a few days. What can this be?
