About 6 Weeks Ago I Went To A Chiropractor For

about 6 weeks ago i went to a chiropractor for my monthly adjustment as i have had a knot in my left scapula area that bothers me. some pain when i i turn my head. he adjusted my neck as he has done before and about an hour later i started getting twitching just above my outside left elbow. it kind of comes and goes but when i am sitting it is more pronounced and hasn't gone away. i am wondering if this is related to my neck, etc.
