About 8 Month Ago A Had A Biopsie Done On

about 8 month ago a had a biopsie done on my left breast upper part.i had cancer 7 years ago. so they did the second biopsy.after that I got fluid where they did the biopsy.they took 40cc the first time on the second time the doc took 30c but pinch something inside. after that I became with pain in my left arm. and now I can hardly move my left arm.and I have a bump on my left breast. what coult it be.
