About 8 Weeks Ago I Started Having Diarrhea Or A

about 8 weeks ago I started having diarrhea or a loos stool. went to the dr and got tested for food born illnesses like ecoli etc. the results came back negative so my dr is sending me to gastro intestinal dr. and now they are treating me for ibs. I know it is not ibs. it feels like as if I went out of the country and I have all this gas rumbling in my upper intestine oh and yah I have had 3 uncontrollable accidents out in public. I am only 49 yrs old female and have never had any of these symptoms before. plz help.
