About A Month Ago, I Had Sex With A Lady

about a month ago, I had sex with a lady who now complains of a oderious discharge, burning in her vagna and is insisting that I gave her some sort of infection. I have no discharge, no problem urinating, or any symptoms of any kind of infection. In being that it has been at least a month, shouldn't I have some sort of complications by now if I had any kind of infection or disease
