About A Week Ago My Scalp Itched A Little Bit

about a week ago my scalp itched a little bit with small knot. I would scratch the scabs off now I have about 8 of them some size of quarter some small as a pea. Its starting to hurt bad and very hard. now my daughter contacted lice and I now have it. my back of scalp is so sensitive im afraid to use lice shampoo. I have a headache and it all started in back of my scalp. can lice do this or can it be mrsa
