Abrasion On Scrotum Showing Slight Blood Leakage. Has Been Treated

abrasion on scrotum showing slight blood leakage. Has been treated many years ago for prostate cancer which was contained but near edge. usband went to Dr and as appt. for bowel camera. I checked this am and clearly see where the blood is from and the anus looks clean.(wife).
