Acute Joint Pain, Neck, Hips,shoulders. A Dull Feeling Like I

acute joint pain, neck, hips,shoulders. A dull feeling like I have something stuck in my esophagus. Normal blood work results except CRP at 25.8 and sed rate of 78. Tomorrow those two tests are to be redone. Blood pressure good 120/80. I am a 73 year old female, no-smoker, drink wine once a week, 5-3 weight 170 lbs and am pushing staying active. I am getting dizzy and short of breath on exertion. Any insight on figuring this out. The only other coincidence is that this all happened after Moderna shots.
