dark discoloration on right foot and ankle, two shades darker than normal complexion, tiny bumps underneath, from time to time if i bump my foot where the discoloration is, it hurts, but soon goes away. Been having this discoloration for about 5 to 6 years and it has spread over the years. A doctor said it was foot fungus and to put lotromin cream but it isn't working.
