After 9 Days Of Balanitis Treatment With Quadriderm I Still

after 9 days of balanitis treatment with quadriderm i still have a small portion of foreskin stuck to the ring of the glan. i am trying to retract the skin over the ring but is quite stuck. Should i continue for a while longer with quadriderm whilst trying to retract the skin over the ring? Kindly advise
