After I Defecate It Feels As Though I Haven't Gotten

after I defecate It feels as though I haven't gotten it all out and feel a pressure like I could still go some more. I've been under a lot of stress lately and wonder if maybe all the tension could be causing it. Otherwise my stool is normal in coloration no blood or anything like that. I 've never had a colonoscopy but am planning on getting one soon. Had blood work done recently. Everything good there.
