After Having Severe Pain In Stomach And IBS Admission In

after having severe pain in stomach and IBS admission in hospital doctor advised Me Pankreoflat .. L-cin OZ .. normaxin and Ocid DSR. .. In the third day I am feeling dizziness .. uneasiness ..gave getting read n head too heavy ... I am in office today and tuk med half an hour ago ...please advice further course of actio and reason of such occurence.Are these some side effects..or reaction of any med?
