After I Came From The Barber Shop It Felt Lime

after i came from the barber shop it felt lime i had a pimple on my bottom lip but it never came to a head. I tried to squeeze it to drain the pus out bit all i got was a little blood and puss. Tben i noticed a small lump in the middle of my bottom lip. Now it is crusty skin where the pimple was and the small lump is still in the middle of my bottom lip. Can u give me answers to what this could be. Thank you!!!
