After One Normal Bm During Day Usually10 Or 11 Am

after one normal bm during day usually10 or 11 am then after evening meal especially if i have on loose elastic pants apprx. 1/2 hr i suddenly have to run to toilet for a large very loose bm i've had colonoscopies and dr has no suggestions this occurs at least 6 times/week any suggestions?
