After Showelling A Good Amount Of Sn0w I Came Inside

after showelling a good amount of sn0w I came inside to eat something,all of a sadden my hand start getting eching, I am 78 but in a good health eathing proper ,I have low diabete#2 ,I excercise every day,I now Ihave a lot of pressure about finishing some work around the house and and preparing my taxes my blod pressure is normal. any suggestion ? thank you
