After The Long Weekend I Have Done Several Different Drugs

after the long weekend I have done several different drugs like roxycodone and quite a bit of cocaine. last night around bed time I notice my(self diagnosed) gastritis has flared up. I have a pain in my chest similar to hreatburn and all today I am unable to eat without causing that pain in my chest/esophagus. so I am only drinking ginger ale. also my legs all day have been killing me! its like I cant walk or squat or even move them around... whats going on? at least with the leg issue...
