woke up yesterday morning with severe pain in my heel toward back of foot. pain radiated up the back of lower leg. hurts to put pressure on foot. hurts to bend or flex foot. is worse today. pain is intense - 15 out of 10. have just soaked in warm water w/epsom salt and taken Aleve. I can't get up off couch without assistance.
