Age 60 Man, And Had Procedure Done On Fractured Hip

age 60 man, and had procedure done on fractured hip jan 28 and I am back to work, walking alot and lifting; I have swollen feet,ankles,calves and testicles, going to the doctors on April 7th, and I am on 3 blood pressure pills, should I have my heart checked or is it medications? I also have had Crohns since I was 20 years old and still take meds for that.
