Am 25 Yrs Old Male, I Had A Unprotected Insertive

am 25 yrs old male, i had a unprotected insertive vaginal sex with a woman whom later ,she told she is HIV positive, but i did hiv 1/2 and unigold test 10 weeks post exposure the results came back negative, but during the time being i had been experiencing ars symptoms as sore throat, swollen neck lymphnode, fatigue, rashes,,,. is there any chance for results to turn positive at 12 week with the tests i did?
