Am 32 Weeks Pregnant And Baby Heart Beat Suddenly Stopped,

am 32 weeks pregnant and baby heart beat suddenly stopped, just want to know the reason why and how it happend? Mother doesn't have any BP, sugar and thyriods are under control also.
Amnitonic fluids and fetal doppler and placenta everything are normal. Kindly suggest what could have cause the issue to the baby?
