Am 56 Years Old, I Did The Blood Test Few

am 56 years old, i did the blood test few days before and ultrasound, ultra sound report says i am suffering from mild hepatomegaly i never drank alochol in my life . I am also not a overweight person please advise how can cure this problem, I am suffering from loose motion for last 2.5 months
