Am A Nurse At An Outpost Clinic In Canada And

am a nurse at an outpost clinic in Canada and just saw a patient with a erythematous butterfly shaped rashon either side of nose on cheeks and also bridge of nose...no pruritus, no lesions or papules, warm at site, no excoriation, skin at site slightly rougher than healthy skin...no joint inflammatio, fatigue or symptoms associated to lupus... any ideas of probale dx..
