Am On Cypralerx 15 One And Lamictal 100 Twice. However

am on cypralerx 15 one and lamictal 100 twice. However i have taken zaldiar (tramal for pain) which is now causing me bad symptoms. I read about it serotonin syndrome. I was hoping that if i call you during the day you can answer and guide me what to do.
I apologies if i have caused any inconvenience. they say i should stop the meds that are causing this, which i did, and that was zaldiar(Tramal) but should i also stop the cypralex?
